Day 56 · October 1, 2026

Haya' (The Beauty of Modesty)

Modesty is not merely an external appearance, but a beautiful internal garment that shields the heart from spiritual neglect.

When we cultivate Haya', we become mindful of our actions in the private moments just as we are in the presence of others, knowing that the Creator is always watching.

This inward grace invites a profound sense of self-respect that keeps our soul aligned with dignity and inner quietude.

May your Haya' act as a gentle light that illuminates your character and draws you closer to the source of all beauty.

قال رسول الله ﷺ: إنَّ لِكُلِّ دِينٍ خُلُقًا، وَإِنَّ خُلُقَ الْإِسْلَامِ الْحَيَاءُ.

“Every religion has its distinct character, and the character of Islam is Haya' (modesty).”
