Control of Anger (Al-Kazm)

When a wave of frustration rises within you, pause and remember that your strength is not measured by your reaction, but by your ability to hold back.

Controlling one's anger is a profound act of self-mastery that allows the heart to remain clear and connected to the Divine.

Take a slow breath, release the urge to retaliate, and choose to soften your presence in the face of provocation.

By suppressing the heat of temper, you invite the coolness of peace into your soul and your surroundings.

قال رسول الله ﷺ: ليس الشديد بالصُّرَعَةِ، إنما الشديد الذي يملك نفسه عند الغضب

“The strong person is not the one who can wrestle; the truly strong person is the one who controls himself when he is angry.”
